Built and in use.
No pilots that end up on a shelf. This is what I have built, from AI Readiness Assessment to working agents, and the approach I use along the way.
What is built and running.
Pest prevention service company
An AI Readiness Assessment of the whole operation: from service visit to report and quote. Twelve points of attention mapped, each with the time it takes, what it costs and the solution that fits.
- 94 hours a week of repetitive work, over 117,000 euros a year
- Signals from service reports that automatically start an action or a quote
- One central customer and complaint overview instead of loose notes
An operating system for a dev team, with Claude Code
This is how I set it up: one shared way of working in which every developer starts from the same point, from nightly test runs to PR reviews and release notes. No loose tricks per person, but automated workflows the whole team shares.
- Automated workflows in Claude Code for recurring work
- Workflows for building, testing and reviewing, with a human check
- Skills that capture the team's knowledge
From job description to quote
Quoting systems that turn a description or a photo into a complete quote. Built for landscapers, service companies and car businesses, among others: from hours of calculating to minutes.
- Description, photos or garden plan in
- The agent works out materials and hours
- Complete quote out as a PDF, ready to send
A content agent that writes, waits for one tap and then publishes
Recording an idea is enough. The agent writes the post in the owner’s voice, sends a notification, and after one tap it goes online on fixed days. Rejected? Then it writes again, with the reason taken on board.
- 27
- posts published since May 2026
- 41
- drafts rejected. The agent proposes, the human decides.
- 3
- fixed days a week, at 08:00
- Record an idea. A braindump on the phone.
- The agent writes the post. Claude, in the owner’s voice.
- Approve or reject. One tap in a notification. Rejected? Then the agent writes again, with the reason taken on board.
- Live on LinkedIn. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 08:00.
- the human decides
- the agent does
- result
Some of the things I have built.
Each type of agent was designed once and then put to work where it fits. The parts are reusable, the details differ per business.
- Voice agentsPhone, text and chat, with logging and reporting behind them.
- Content agentsWrite in the owner’s voice, publish only after one tap.
- Quoting agentsFrom job description to complete quote as a PDF.
- WhatsApp assistantsAnswer questions, handle intake and appointments, and escalate to a human when needed.
- Dev workflows and skillsAutomated workflows in Claude Code that build, test and review.
- IntegrationsAPI links between systems that do not speak each other’s language.
